- What is the shipping time for my order?

From the processing of your order, shipping will take place within 24 to 72 business hours.

However, we strive to guarantee shipping within 24 business hours for 95% of our orders

- What is the delivery time for my order?

From the shipping of the order, the delivery time will be 3 to 15 business days.

However, exceptionally and depending on the local carrier, the delivery time may exceed 15 days. Indeed, we have several distribution centers.

- I still have not received my order. Why is the delivery time delayed?

International shipping can sometimes take longer than expected due to customs clearance or world events that may disrupt delivery.

You can nevertheless track the progress of your order at any time.

- Some items in my order are missing, is this normal?

Indeed, it is possible that products in the same order are shipped separately when they come from different warehouses.

Therefore, rest assured, the rest of your order will arrive shortly. You don't have to be worried.

- I am not satisfied with the item I received and/or I have changed my mind. Can I get a refund?

We do our best to resolve the various issues you may encounter.

In order to obtain a refund for your order, we invite you to return it within 30 days of receiving it, while respecting the conditions set out in our return and refund policy.

- I received a damaged item. What are the steps to follow to make a claim?
